REGISTRATION

Please read the instructions carefully before filling up the form.

1. Delegation Size: Each school delegation must comprise a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 delegates. Participating delegates must be currently enrolled in Grades 8 to 12.

2. Confirmation and Registration Deadlines: Schools are requested to submit their confirmation of participation by 30th April, 2026, and complete the full registration process by 31st May, 2026, by filling out the official registration form.

3. Mode of Payment: Details regarding the accepted modes of payment for the Conference will be communicated shortly by the LMGMUN Secretariat.

4. Conference Handbook: The Conference Handbook containing a comprehensive guide to the Rules of Procedure, the Dress Code, and a tentative Conference Schedule will be made available on our official website, www.lmgmun.in, by 26th June, 2026.

5. Background Guides: Background Guides elaborating on the committee agendas will be released to delegates by 20th June, 2026, and will be accessible via our website.

6. Individual Delegate Registration Fee: The registration fee for individual delegates is INR 2,700 per delegate, applicable uniformly to both national and international participants.

7. School Delegation Fee: The registration fee per delegate for school delegations is INR 2,700.

8. Fee for International Delegates: International delegates will be required to pay the registration fee as per the prevailing exchange rate between the US Dollar (USD) and the Indian Rupee (INR) at the time of payment.
